Hi, we did an update overnight (at 3am, 2 April 2026), and we have found there was an issue with the “Date of Inspection” for WOF’s done before ~ 10.35 am on 2 April 2026.
The Issue:
Before ~ 10.35 am on 2 April 2026, if your eWOF system didn’t automatically update itself when you did a new WOF, then there was about a 5% possiblity the “Date of Inspection” in “Initial Inspection Details” would show as 1/1/1970 on the WOF Check Sheet, and the “Last Day for Recheck” would show as 29/1/1970.
How to fix the Date Issue on WOF Checksheets:
*** If you notice the “Date of Inspection” as 1/1/1970 on the Checksheet, then you can open the checksheet and regenerate it, and it will correct to today’s date and the correct recheck date.
You can then print or email the corrected WOF Checksheet for your customer. ***

We have fixed the issue as of ~10.35am on 2 April 2026, so any new WOFs should be fine.
