- Creating a checksheet
- Completing rechecks
- Sending emails to customers
We now have a fix in place for the error messages related to creating checksheets and completing rechecks.
To apply the fix, users will need to clear their browser cache using the instructions below:
- Android (Chrome): How to clear your cache on Android Chrome
- iPhone/iPad (Safari): How to clear your cache on iOS Safari
Once the cache has been cleared, the system should function normally.
We are still actively working on a fix for the email-related error messages and aim to have this resolved tonight.
