29/05/26 – Temporary Error Messages Notice

We’re currently aware of an issue causing error messages to appear when:

  • Creating a checksheet
  • Completing rechecks
  • Sending emails to customers

We now have a fix in place for the error messages related to creating checksheets and completing rechecks.

To apply the fix, users will need to clear their browser cache using the instructions below:

Once the cache has been cleared, the system should function normally.

We are still actively working on a fix for the email-related error messages and aim to have this resolved tonight.
