Hi, I’m Glenn Thorley, the owner of Grimmer Motors, a typical mechanics workshop in Hamilton. I also have a software development company itsallauto.com, that operates out of the same building and specializes in automotive software for NZ workshops.
Over the past 9 years, I have used the common workshop software in NZ, and became very frustrated with its capabilities and the support services.
So a few years ago, my team and I decided to build our own cloud-based workshop software as we couldn’t find anything with the features we needed. Just like our eWOF system it works on any device, smartphones, tablets, or computers.
We have integrated it with Xero for the accounting side of things, but you can have a simpler version with only basic invoicing and account features if you want.
The really cool thing is that it also integrates fully with our very popular Electronic Warrant of Fitness (eWOF) system used right across NZ. We also have an Electronic Quality Management system (eQMS) and eTraining system for WOFs as well.
Fully Automatic WOF Reminders aren’t too far away, as well as some awesome features around easy ways to get parts pricing and estimate generation.
